These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the AJ44 platform and all of its services. AJ44 is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

By creating an account or using the AJ44 platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using AJ44.

To create an account with AJ44, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts registered with false details may be closed at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited.

Terms of Registration

• Each individual may only register one account.
• The name, date of birth, and ID information provided on your account must be accurate.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their password secure.
• Account information must not be shared with any third party.
• Sharing or selling your account with or to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawal requests of ৳5,000 or more. You must submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use AJ44. Accounts that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by law in the country from which you are registering.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name — using someone else's Mobile Pay or Nagad may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — applicable once on the first deposit.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• AJ44 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Winnings from free spins will be credited to your bonus balance.

Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager the total bonus amount by a specified multiplier. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of ৳20,000 in bets. Slots generally count at 100%, while table games may count at 10–20%.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on AJ44. They apply to all betting markets and game types.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Odds on live bets may change during the course of a match.
• If a match is cancelled for legal reasons, the stake will be refunded.
• AJ44 reserves the right to void any bets confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In Sports Betting, the result at the end of regular time is final — extra time results apply separately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AJ44 platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and potential forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus Abuse — attempting to farm bonuses or exploit the system.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Collusion or coordinated fraud with other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of AJ44's systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

AJ44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason. However, no account will be closed without valid grounds, and the member will be notified in advance.

AJ44 may close an account if:

• A breach of the Terms has been established.
• Evidence is found that the member has provided false information.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.
